In light the International Education Week celebrations, the BA is organizing two lectures in collaboration with the Regional English Language Office (RELO) at the U.S. Embassy. The lectures are going to be held on Monday, 14 November.
The first lecture is going to be held at noon at the Arts and Multimedia Library (B3 level), BA Main Building. During this lecture, titled “Good Use of Time: The Five-Minute Activities to Learn All Levels of the English Language”, language teachers will be given the opportunity to practice and experiment some activities that help students learn and practice short-time activities, making good use of every minute in the classroom.
The second lecture, titled “The Best Thing I Have Done in My Life: Learn About the United States of America Exchange Program”, is going to be held at 1:30 pm at the Arts and Multimedia Library (B3 level). This lecture will host two Egyptian graduates who traveled to the United States (US) through participating in US exchange programs. They will participate in the lecture by sharing their experience.
An AMIDEAST representative will participate in the lecture by presenting an overview of the education services, resources, and facilities in the US. This will provide the audience with the opportunity to learn more about studying abroad and will present them with a useful opportunity to explore the various ways one can participate in these programs.
