The Reading of As Set Huda at the BA

The BA Arts and Multimedia Library will hold its monthly session for play reading, on Wednesday, 31 October 2007.
This month's play is As Set Huda by the renowned Poet Ahmed Shawqi. The Play is about a lady called Huda, one of the ladies of the last century. The play took place in 1890 in Al-Hanafi district in Cairo, where Ahmed Shawqi was raised and influenced by prevalent social relationships, norms and traditions at that time. It is said that the play is based on a true story.
It is worth mentioning that the BA Arts and Multimedia Library holds a monthly session for play reading in Arabic. The session starts at 15:00 hrs. at the Arts and Multimedia Library.
