Events

The BA Main Library, in cooperation with the Egyptian Association for the Friends of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina’s Foreign Relations Committee, is organizing a celebration for World Book and Copyright Day. The celebration will include three lectures, the first of which will cover the activities and services of the BA Main Library. It will be delivered by Mona Badr, Head of the BA Main Library Department. The second lecture will revolve around the EAFBA Foreign Relations Committee’s activities and will be delivered by one of the committee’s members. The third lecture will discuss William Shakespeare and will be delivered by Iman el-Karmouty, an EAFBA Foreign Relations Committee member. The celebration will also include a presentation on books about Shakespeare’s life and works that can be found in the BA Main Library.
