The BA Receives Donations from Chinese President Xi Jinping's Publications

Prof. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, received yesterday morning a delegation from China Media Group and the Information Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
The delegation presented the Bibliotheca Alexandrina with a collection of Chinese President Xi Jinping's publications in different languages.
Dr. Ahmed Zayed expressed his delight at this donation, pointing out that he aspires for further cooperation through establishing a program between the Library and China Media Group to translate a number of children's books into Arabic.
The Vice President of China Media Group said that his delegation wishes to enhance cooperation with the Library by taking part in the BA International Book Fair, stressing that the BA is a beacon of knowledge.
