The Bibliotheca Alexandrina concluded yesterday the activities of the National Inclusive Carnival for People with Special Needs, which was held in cooperation with the Egyptian Sea Scout. The celebration took place on Sunday, 10 September, at the BA Plaza, and on Monday, 11 September, in the BACC Small Theater.
The celebration included art workshops, interactive games, and musical performances.
It highlighted the talents of people with special needs by showcasing their different artistic performances, as the Library aims to develop their potential, provide them with various services, especially for children, and integrate them all into the different segments of society.
