Ministers of Nile Basin Countries in a Visit to the BA

Alexandria—A high-profile delegation of ministers from the Nile Basin countries visit the BA, one of the world’s cultural beacons, on Tuesday 28 July 2009, during their stay in Alexandria to attend the 17th Meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Nile Basin Initiative that is held on 27 and 28 July 2009.
Ambassador Hagar El-Islamaboly, Head of BA External Relations Sector, will receive the delegation and take them on a tour of the Library’s projects and services, in addition to its main facilities, such as the Manuscripts Museum, Antiquities Museum, Sadat Museum, Culturama Show, the “Impressions of Alexandria” Exhibition (the Awad Collection), Nasser Digital Archive, and VISTA.
