The Dialogue Forum Discusses Darwin’s Theory of Evolution

Alexandria—The BA Dialogue Forum is organizing a Seminar on Saturday, 25 July 2009 entitled “Darwin and the Theory of Evolution”. The Seminar will host Dr. Magdy El-Meliguy, Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, and a translator of Darwin’s works, and is moderated by Dr. Yehia Halim Zaki, Head of the BA Cultural and Academic Affairs Sector.
The Seminar is held on the occasion of 200th anniversary of the birth of Darwin and 150 years since the theory of evolution.
It is worth mentioning that the Dialogue Forum holds two seminars monthly tackling different areas of knowledge and science, and hosting senior Arab and Egyptian officials, intellectuals, and scientists.
The Seminar will start at 19:00 hrs. at the BACC Lectures Hall.
