"Transparency in the Education Sector in Egypt" Workshop at the BA

Alexandria—the BA Arab Reform Forum in cooperation with the Egyptian Alliance for Transparency and Combating Corruption Aml is organizing on Monday, 12 February 2007 a workshop on transparency and fighting corruption in the education sector, one of the most vital sectors for millions of population. Representatives from the Ministry of Education, heads of governmental and private educational institutions, students and parents, civil society organizations, academia, legislative institutions representatives, and media men will participate in the workshop.
It is worth mentioning that the BA Arab Reform Forum organizes several conferences and workshops on the reform process in Egypt and the Arab world. In this context, the Egyptian Alliance for Transparency and Combating Corruption entitled Aml was formed following the third Arab Reform Conference to study transparency issues and to combat corruption.
The workshop will start at 10:00 hrs at the BA Conference Center.
