Dr. Moustafa Elfeki, Director of the Library of Alexandria, visited the Arts and Culture City in the Administrative Capital, and toured its libraries, halls, museums and exhibitions. During his visit, Elfeki met General Mohamed Amin, President’s Adviser for Financial Affairs, and Professor Francis J. Ricciardone, President of the American University in Cairo, and commended this great cultural edifice.

Elfeki said that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s keenness to promote arts and culture is quite admirable, and added that the Library of Alexandria is cooperating with all the libraries and cultural centers in the Arts and Culture City.

It is worth mentioning that the Arts and Culture City is the largest of its kind in the Middle East. It aims to attract researchers and scholars as a beacon of artistic, intellectual and cultural creativity.
