Youssef Maaty Speaks about his Literary Experience in the Alexandria Book Fair

Alexandria— The BA Seventh Alexandria International Book Fair, held between 19 February and 4 March 2009, will include seminars hosting a number of eminent Arab writers.

Youssef Maaty is an Egyptian author and script writer. His list of published works includes five books. He also wrote the stories and scripts of eight films, most recent are Tabakh El-Rayes (The President’s Cook), Morgan Ahmed Morgan, El-Sifara fel-Imara (The Embassy is in the Building) and Hassan wa Morcos (Hassan and Morcos). In addition, he wrote six television series, the latest being Yetraba fi Ezzo (Raised in Luxury), besides a number of comic plays.

Maaty will meet visitors of the Fair on Friday, 27 February 2009 at 5 pm.
