The Cairo Salon Discusses Food Security

In the coming episode of the “Cairo Salon” TV Show, aired on Channel One every Saturday following the 9 o’clock news bulletin, Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, will discuss food security being a major global concern.
Serageldin will host a group of notable experts, namely: Dr. Salah Soliman, Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University; Dr. Magdy Madkour, President of the Agricultural Research Center (ARC); and Ms Dina El-Kheshen, Researcher at the Agricultural Genetic Engineering Research Institute.
