“Illegal Immigration” in a Seminar at the BA

The BA Misr Al-Ghad project is organizing a seminar entitled "Illegal Migration: Development and Investment in People" on Wednesday, 5 February 2025, in the BACC Delegates Hall.
The seminar will witness the participation of Ambassador Naela Gabr, Chairman of the National Coordinating Committee for Combating and Preventing Illegal Immigration and Human Trafficking; Dr. Adela Ragab, Professor of Economics and Head of the Migration Studies Unit at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University; and Dr. Ayman Zuhri, an expert in migration and population studies and member of the National Council for Human Rights. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Ramy Galal, member of the Egyptian Senate.
The seminar will address the phenomenon of illegal immigration, its various dimensions, and Egypt's role in confronting it. It will also discuss the importance of empowering young people and maximizing investment and development opportunities.
It is noteworthy that Misr Al-Ghad initiative was launched by Dr. Ahmed Zayed upon taking up his position as Director of the BA, with the aim of studying development projects, the role of civil society, and enhancing societal dialogue on Egypt's future issues.
